RIVERLOFT

“RiverLoft” is a complex delicately combining the restoration and conversion of a warehouse, originally built in 1914, with a new residential building. Located in the center of the city, steps away from the Danube, the design, 148 new apartments and 27 renovated lofts, was made with the Danube view in mind. In addition, 5500 sqm of the renovated area was planned as office space offering tenants unique quality and style.
